Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, personalized items, or final sale products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Return Process
- Email us at [email protected]with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return authorization (if eligible).
- Securely package the item(s) and send it to the return address we provide.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank or credit card account again.
- Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
